Frank's 'Pulled From The Stash' (Malcolm McLaren - Duck Rock)

Malcolm McLaren
Duck Rock

Just to make things clear, I don't like this record for the songs, I
like this record for the interludes of the Supreme Team radio
show.  It's loaded with a bunch of little pieces you've probably
heard one time or another. Next time you see this piece of wax at the
junk store pick it up. If your like me you'll like it.  If I'm not
mistaken Malcolm McLaren was the Sex Pistols manager or something like
that. He came to NYC & saw this thing called hip hop and liked it. Along with this record he came out with some 12"s which are all classic
material. Rest in peace Malcolm McLaren...

Company presses your ashes into vinyl when you die

Music lovers can now be immortalised when they die by having their ashes baked into vinyl records to leave behind for loved ones.

A UK company called And Vinyly is offering people the chance to press their ashes in a vinyl recording of their own voice, their favorite tunes or their last will and testament. Minimalist audiophiles might want to go for the simple option of having no tunes or voiceover, and simply pressing the ashes into the vinyl to result in pops and crackles. Rest of the article here
